Job Description

The Nurse Network is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for scheduling CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals based on client needs and employee availability. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with frequent phone communication, detailed documentation, last-minute schedule changes, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Schedule healthcare staff for available shifts. Make and answer frequent phone calls regarding schedules and coverage. Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs. Communicate schedule changes and assignments to employees and clients. Follow up with staff regarding availability and open shifts. Document all scheduling communication, changes, call-outs, shift refusals, and follow-ups accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate schedules, employee information, and detailed notes in CTMS. Monitor staffing needs and communicate concerns to management. Provide on-call scheduling coverage as needed. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous staffing/scheduling experience required; healthcare staffing experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Ability to multitask and work independently. Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and available for on-call coverage as needed . Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
