Job Title:
HHA Scheduling Coordinator (In-Office)
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented HHA Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in-office. In this role, you will oversee all caregiver staffing and client scheduling needs, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality coverage for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy coordinating day-to-day office logistics, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Manage, create, and maintain daily schedules for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and clients. Fill shift vacancies promptly to ensure continuous care and minimize scheduling gaps. Serve as the primary point of contact for HHAs regarding shift assignments, attendance, and availability updates. Track caregiver hours, attendance, time-off requests, and call-outs. Perform various office administrative and coordination tasks to support management and team operations. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to deliver reliable service and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior experience in scheduling, office administration, or staffing (experience in home care, home health, or healthcare administration is strongly preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication:
Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and verbal/written communication.
Technical:
Proficiency with computers, office software, and scheduling database management systems.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining an in-office schedule from Monday through Friday.

Consistent daytime hours with no weekend or on-call duties .
Work Location:
100% In-Office (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
