As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five Star resort.
Role Summary:
The HR Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, payroll support, employee engagement initiatives, and various HR administrative functions. This position serves as a key resources for employees and managers by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance efforts, and coordinating employee programs and activities. The ideal candidate will exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa. We have a Full-Time position available.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two (2) years of Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, benefits, administrative, or related experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with employees, managers, vendors, and guests to ensure mutual understanding. Ability to interact professionally and confidently with employees, managers, vendors, and guests while upholding the standards of a luxury environment.
