TIME - ON-SITE EXPERIENCED HOME HEALTH HR COORDINATOR / CLERK

. We are seeking an experienced Home Health HR Coordinator / Clerk to join our team on a part-time/full- time , on-site basis. The ideal candidate must have previous home health HR experience and hands-on experience with employee competency assessments, performance appraisals, personnel records, and HR compliance .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and organize employee personnel files and HR documentation. Complete and maintain employee competency assessments . Coordinate and document employee performance appraisals and annual evaluations . Track employee licenses, certifications, training, and required documentation. Assist with employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is completed on time. Assist with performance improvement plans and corrective action documentation. Support home health compliance and personnel audits. Communicate with employees and management regarding HR documentation and requirements. Perform general HR clerical and administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Home Health HR coordinator / HR assistant experience is

REQUIRED.

Experience with competency assessments and employee performance appraisals is

REQUIRED.

Strong knowledge of home health personnel documentation and compliance. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with computer and electronic documentation systems. Candidates without previous home health HR experience will NOT be considered. Part-Time/ Full- Time | On-Site |

Palm Coast, FL Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
