Job Description

Overview Do you have what it takes to start up an Human Resources (HR) department for a growing Healthcare team? Seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a small, growing, Healthcare company and become a vital driver of organizational success! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in implementing policies and procedures and detailed record keeping. Your energetic approach will help shape strategic HR initiatives, streamline processes, and support workforce development. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact through innovative HR practices and comprehensive employee support. Duties Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization's culture and policies. Coordinate employee evaluation processes by coordinating performance management initiatives and supporting managers with feedback strategies. Work with benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance. Adhere to HR legal compliance management by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and regulatory standards. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining accurate data entry Enter payroll data into system Skills 2+ years experience in human resources with a understanding of employment law and labor regulations. Proficiency in manually tracking HR files/HR systems including HRIS platforms which this organization will grow into. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training & development facilitation. Project management expertise to lead initiatives such as organizational design, performance management systems, and affirmative action planning. Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and benefits administration to support employee well-being programs. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting tasks.

Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
