Location:
Valdosta, GA $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

As a Bilingual Human Resources Specialist, you'll manage the details, support the crew, and keep the operation running like a pro. Your organizational skills and upbeat energy make you the go-to person everyone counts on. Support a growing manufacturing organization by managing recruiting efforts, assisting employees and managers with HR-related matters, maintaining HR compliance and records, and coordinating employment-based immigration and work visa processes. This role serves as a key resource for employee relations, labor relations, onboarding, and HR administration while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations. Education Requirements Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Equivalent professional experience may be considered Experience Requirements 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred Recruiting and HR administration experience required Experience processing employment-based work visas and immigration matters required H-1B and/or other employment-based visa experience strongly preferred Employee relations and labor relations experience preferred Manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus Fluent in English and Spanish required Job Duties Recruit, source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process Assist employees with HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns Support employment-based visa and work authorization processes, including H-1B cases Coordinate with employees, attorneys, and outside partners regarding immigration matters Maintain employee records related to hiring, termination, leave, transfers, and promotions Assist with employee relations investigations and workplace concerns Support EEO, affirmative action, and HR compliance initiatives Prepare HR reports, job offers, policies, handbooks, and organizational documentation Analyze HR data and compile reports for management Maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Ability to walk throughout a manufacturing facility and navigate stairs Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
