Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels. Facilitate onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management initiatives, and succession planning strategies to promote continuous growth. Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing using HR systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law regulations. Support HR legal compliance management by handling confidential information with integrity and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Drive change management projects and organization design initiatives that enhance workforce management and strategic planning efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated skills in human capital management, project management, and strategic planning. Advanced Excel data analysis skills are preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations effectively. Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and personnel administration tasks. Relevant certifications in HR are a plus; familiarity with OSHA standards is advantageous. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
