• Monitoring and responding to Workforce Development shared mailbox inquiries during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely and professional customer communications.
• Researching and resolving customer requests using established procedures while escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Analyzing mailbox inquiries and operational support activities to identify automation opportunities and developing AI-assisted solutions to improve service delivery. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in enterprise application support and customer service, particularly with ticketing systems and operational support models.
• Are familiar with learning management systems ( LMS ) and learning experience platforms ( LXP ), with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Possess knowledge of AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI solutions, GennieLLM, and Mendix.
