Zing Recruiting is excited to partner with a global leader in drug delivery and consumer product dispensing technologies, serving industries including beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and healthcare. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in Cary, IL.

Shift:

8am-430pm Monday through

Friday Pay:

$30-35/hour

Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations and administrative activities. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records. Answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR procedures. Support employee relations, performance management, attendance, and disciplinary actions. Assist with benefits, payroll, training, and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information HRIS experience preferred Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
