773-376-1212 jobs@royalenv.com Apply Now Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-op Student to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across several key areas of Human Resources. This role will provide exposure to HR Business Partner support, while contributing to meaningful HR projects and day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, comfortable working with data and confidential information, and interested in developing a broad understanding of Human Resources within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partner Support Support recruitment efforts for vacancies across Chicago-area and Indianapolis locations Facilitating onboarding and integration of new employees Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners Assist with preparing HR reports, presentations, and employee data Support various employee lifecycle activities and HR processes Assist with HR projects related to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning Help maintain HR documentation/employee files and ensure information is organized and accessible Candidate Profile Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related post-secondary program, or recent graduate Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service orientation.
