Advantage Nursing Services, a leader in pediatric private duty home care in Missouri and Illinois is now hiring in Glen Carbon, IL for a full-time Staffing Coordinator. The Staffing Coordinator is a key position within the agency that acts as the communication hub between our clients' parents and our nurses in the field. Applicant must possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and have a positive attitude. Applicant must have experience with handling high volume phone calls and be flexible to meet business demands of a fast paced office. LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or 3+ years experience working in a healthcare office is preferred. Experience with In-Home Private Pay and Medicaid experience is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer high volume phone lines Deliver excellent customer service to clients and employees Create work schedules and submit to employees on a monthly basis Build a good report with employees and client families Fill gaps in schedule due to employee illness, vacation, etc. Problem solve between client needs and employee availability Multi-task a variety of duties on a daily basis 2+ years of Staffing Coordinator experience
