We are seeking an organized and approachable bilingual HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations at a manufacturing facility. This role will focus on payroll support, I-9 compliance, employee onboarding, and general HR administration.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HR or administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems, and keeping essential HR processes running smoothly.
Job Duties:
Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing.
Review timekeeping records, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payroll documentation.
Complete and verify Form I-9 documentation and support E-Verify processes, as applicable.
Lead new-hire orientation and ensure all required onboarding documents are completed.
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate with HR, Safety, and Operations to support employees and workplace initiatives.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general HR-related questions.
Prepare reports, maintain confidential files, and support additional HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Must have experience processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and working with vendors.2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, payroll support, onboarding, or a related administrative role.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Familiarity with payroll processes, timekeeping, and Form I-9 requirements.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new HRIS and payroll systems.
