Job Description
In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve, the Staffing Coordinator ensures proper staffing is kept at all times in the facility to meet the needs of the Guests while in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, budgetary and census guidelines. Must be a certified Nurse Assistant 1. Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guest's needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations. 2. Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time. 3. Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs. 4. Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff schedule worked hours. 5. Assists the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff. 6. Records employee attendance and communicates with DON and ADON when issues arise. 7. Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility.
