Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR processes, support employee development, and contribute to organizational growth through strategic planning and effective workforce management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across all facets of human resources management. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization. Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to support ongoing feedback and development initiatives. Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave management (FMLA), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Lead change management efforts by developing strategic plans for organizational design, succession planning, and workforce restructuring projects. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Support HRIS data collection and analysis using various HR systems. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate personnel administration records while handling confidential information with integrity. Experience Proven experience in human resources department roles with comprehensive knowledge of human capital management practices. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies, employment law compliance, benefits administration, and HR sourcing techniques. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms for payroll processing and workforce management. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and foster positive relationships. Experience in conducting interviews, data entry for HR records, and utilizing Excel for data analysis is highly desirable. Knowledge of OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and employment law in talent management is essential. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
