Job Description

Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board-certified physicians. We're currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our Human Resources Department.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Job Duties:
Plan, organize, and control functions of programs involving Classified Payroll, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Garnishment Processing and Reporting. Organize, plan, coordinate, and implement the annual Open Enrollment of benefits at the agency. Serves as liaison between employee plan members and payroll vendors. Enter all applicable payroll data into the PeopleSoft HR System accurately and complete by payroll deadline. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Program regarding Worker's Compensation. In the absence of HR co-worker, assume responsibility for all functions of programs including ; Benefits, Reconciliation of Invoices , Worker's Compensation and all Payroll functions for the facility.

Compensation:
Salary depends on qualifications. The minimum hire rate for the Human Resources Analyst A is $18.04 hourly.
