Job Description

Westaff is hiring a HR Representative for a company located in Lafayette, LA.

Pay:

$18/

Hour Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Qualifications:

UKG experience preferred High School or GED preferred Must have previous clerical experience in a fast paced work environment

Responsibilities:

Answers phones and processes mail for the HR department. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Performs data entry for new hires and position changes. Maintains department records, uploads and files documents into appropriate team member files. Assists with on-boarding process. Performs customer service functions by answering team member requests and questions. Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
