Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Employee Recognition Program
• Retention, Workforce Planning and miscellaneous operational HR needs
• Assist with Performance Management, Career Development initiatives and Employee Engagement programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety requirements and HR procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• BA•Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance support and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and basic federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred

Compensation:

$35-37.50/hr while contracting (W-2 by Willmott & Associates, Inc.) $70-75k if/when converted to direct hire
