Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who can independently manage a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll coordination. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable being the primary HR contact for the company. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for store and administrative roles Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and new‑hire documentation Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and Massachusetts labor laws Coordinate timekeeping, scheduling updates, and payroll support Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to supervisors Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures Support workplace safety, benefits administration, and ACA compliance Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, grocery, or hospitality Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with onboarding, scheduling, and payroll systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bilingual (English/Chinese) is Required HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus Location Requirements Must be able to commute to Natick, MA 01760 To apply, please email your resume to hr@tmarketus.com .
