Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p (flexible on start/end) This is a new role for a local non-profit and a great opportunity to make a difference through your talented and creative recruitment abilities, your excellent interpersonal skills, and your ability to enhance and expand current recruitment practices to best support divisions and programs.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Oversee the full hiring lifecycle including candidate sourcing (digital and traditional), candidate flow management and partnership with internal hiring managers and area colleges.
• Utilize creative sourcing and candidate management to fill vacancies and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Work collaboratively as well as independently with team while being self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of both digital and traditional outreach methods will ensure success.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, hiring policies, interview practices, and other pre-hire criteria and applicant tracking programs will be important
• Analyze trends, recommend strategies, and serve as an ambassador by promoting Client and their mission throughout the community.
