This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive HR environment. Duties Support recruiting and onboarding processes Coordinate background checks and maintain employee records Track employee training and compliance requirements Assist with benefits administration Respond to routine employee HR questions Assist with HR reporting, audits, and administrative projects Support day-to-day HR department operations Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager Handle confidential employee information with discretion Requirements 1-3 years of HR experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Nonprofit experience highly preferred Knowledge of New Hampshire employment laws preferred Payroll experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Your contributions will be vital in creating an engaging employee experience from onboarding through ongoing development.
