  • HR Administration & Employee Support:
    Serve as a supportive point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefit inquiries, and internal communications; support special events and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts (posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications in the ATS, conducting reference/background checks, and making offers) to maintain a strong team pipeline.
  • Benefits & Payroll Support:
    Coordinate annual Open Enrollment, reconcile monthly benefit invoices, assist with benefit inquiries, and partner with payroll on employee changes, deductions, and leave adjustments.
  • Compliance & HRIS Management:
    Maintain and optimize the HRIS system, manage PFML, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation claims, stay informed on labor laws, and assist with handbook/policy updates.
  • Offboarding & Logistics:
    Prepare separation notices and COBRA paperwork, schedule exit interviews, and actively participate in Safety Committee and operational meetings. Position Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 3-5 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience and training in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits administration, and compliance with Federal and Mass labor laws, (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Industry Preference:
    Prior experience in an educational setting or non-profit organization is strongly preferred.
  • Office & Web Applications:
    Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (G-Suite), Canva, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • HR Systems:
    Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS system) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Benefits We provide a Total Well-being Package designed to protect your physical and mental health, secure your financial future, and support your overall well-being:
