Job Description

A local air-conditioning and heating contractor is seeking an individual who is reliable, detail oriented, has great communication skills, the ability to multi-task and performs well under pressure. The HR Generalist will manage benefits, employee records, unemployment, workers' compensation, and process payroll using ADP. This person will manage the recruitment process, oversee the onboarding of new hires and other duties as assigned. This person will also assist the Treasurer with taxing authorities, requests from federal agencies, state unemployment, ADP, employee manual, customer complaints, office events, etc. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, knowledge of SAGE and proficient in ADP and Excel .
