Job Overview MidPoint Technology Group is a National Technology Integration Company. We are a technical services company providing integration of system solutions to include Audio-Visual, Electronic Security, Structured Cabling and IT-Wireless Services. We are currently looking for a HR Generalist to support our office in Columbia, MD. The duties of this role will be as follows, but not limited to: Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding for all new hires, including new-hire documentation, drug and background screenings, orientation, and benefits enrollment support Maintain accurate, confidential employee and HR related records Prepare and maintain HR reports and forms Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and other HR programs, escalating complex matters as appropriate Perform other related duties as assigned by management Requirements and skills Bachelor's in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience preferred Two or more years of experience in an HR role Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, Bilingual (spanish) a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Aptitude to handle confidential information discreetly Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems; experience with payroll, benefits, or applicant-tracking systems is preferred Apply Today!

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
