Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support a range of HR functions, with a primary emphasis on managing the lifecycle of employee recruitment through successful integration into our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting through new hire orientation. Create and publish internal and external job postings through BambooHR, applicant tracking system (ATS), and applicable job boards. Source, screen, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in identifying qualified candidates for open positions. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including providing information about the company, work environment, position requirements, offer details, and onboarding expectations. Extend employment offers and prepare/distribute offer letters and related pre-employment documentation. Manage all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, I-9s, payroll forms (W2s, Direct Deposit, etc.), DOT physicals, motor vehicle record checks, state reporting, and other required verifications. Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Establish and maintain employee records and profiles within BambooHR and other internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Track and coordinate referral and relocation bonus payments with payroll. Generate and analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience. Continuously identify and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage internal drug screening program Manage company vehicle insurance program Manage State Reporting program Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

1+ years' experience in a HR recruiting/onboarding role. A self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates follow through. An effective communicator who builds trust at every level.
