HR Generalist Schedule:

Hybrid; 1-2 days in office (Linthicum, MD)

Assignment Duration:

30 days with possible extension We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide temporary HR support for a growing organization of approximately 200-240 employees. This role will support employee relations, benefits, leave administration, payroll, HRIS maintenance, and ongoing process improvement. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations support. Administer FMLA and ADA leave and accommodation processes. Manage benefits administration and support annual open enrollment. Track and administer PTO. Support payroll and review employee pay for accuracy. Maintain employee records and transactions in Paylocity. Develop, improve, and document HR processes and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of HR generalist experience preferred. Experience with FMLA, ADA, benefits, PTO, and payroll support. Experience with open enrollment. Payroll processing experience (200-240 EE) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with an HRIS; Paylocity experience is a plus. Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills. #

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
