Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide authoritative, senior technical guidance to team members and internal stakeholders in position classification, recruitment strategies, and pay setting under all civilian personnel systems. You will interpret and apply merit system principles, occupational standards, classification guides, and compensation policy to support program alignment and compliance. You will serve as a senior advisor to functional managers, group heads, and command stakeholders on recruitment, classification, and pay strategies. You will draft improved standard operating procedures and proposes changes to existing policies or business rules for leadership consideration. You will coordinate with workforce data analysts to support metrics development, reporting needs, and strategic planning. Minimum Salary 102415 Maximum Salary 158322
