Manufacturing Direct Hire Mechanic Falls, ME Salary:

$65,000-$75,000 per year

Monday-Friday Days Adecco is recruiting on behalf of our client in Mechanic Falls, ME for an experienced Human Resources Generalist . We're looking for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and building strong workplace relationships. What You'll Do Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities Administer new hire orientation and employee training programs Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential Assist with benefits administration and employee leave programs Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience required Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred Knowledge of federal and Maine employment laws Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus Why Join This Team?
