Job Description

A growing organization in the Kalamazoo area is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while helping create a positive employee experience. What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Coordinate onboarding activities, employee changes, and offboarding documentation Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure employee records remain accurate Enter and update employee information within the HRIS Assist with recruiting by posting openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process Prepare and update HR forms, job descriptions, and other internal documents Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

What We're Looking For:
