Human Resources Qualifications or Skill Required:

Associate degree preferred or equivalent training Exceptional communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of Human Resources Prior experience with an HRIS Database Prior experience with computerized payroll software Proven ability to develop and motivate a team

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Recruiting hourly employees, including interview, selection to PTI Standard, New Hire Paperwork, communicate names and wages of new employees, orientation Calling On-Call employees when there is a need Administration of payroll Responsible for maintaining Plex HRIS System and compile reports from database as needed Administer various HR programs and procedures for all company associates Conduct new associate orientation Employee issue resolution Handling disciplinary actions, including tracking File and maintain associates records and reports Maintain applicant log Assist in training and development efforts Maintain Company org chart and associate contact directory Ordering office supplies as needed May include Receptionist duties Perform other duties as assigned
