Human Resources Intern AJM Packaging Corporation Taylor, MI Position Overview:

AJM Packaging Corporation is seeking to add an HR Intern to our team in Taylor, MI. This is a great opportunity for students interested in being exposed to a wide range of Human Resources activities for one of Michigan's leading manufacturing (non-automotive) growth companies.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provides support with employee files Shadow department members to assist them on various projects and deliverables and to understand the full range of all departments we support Learn about our business by supporting HR professionals and working with members of the operations team Maintain both paper and digital employee files, utilizing our

Pro Support HR team by answering basic questions from employees Communicate with other departments, including members of the senior management team Assists with processing of onboarding and off-boarding paperwork. Assist with new hire orientation, learn about federal, state, and plant specific documents Assist with recruiting new employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and extending employment offers Provides general clerical support to HR team Other duties as assigned by
