Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Kenexa BrassRing or SAP SuccessFactors. Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management initiatives, and succession planning to promote continuous development. Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, workers' compensation claims, and benefits communication. Support HR sourcing activities and assist in organizational design to optimize workforce management and strategic planning. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance standards, and affirmative action planning. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while maintaining confidentiality. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft for data collection, reporting, and data analysis using Excel. Administer payroll processing tasks accurately while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and company policies. Coordinate training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Skills Extensive experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance standards. Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft; skilled in data entry and Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven project management capabilities with experience in organization design, strategic planning, workforce management initiatives, and change management processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR sourcing tools like Kenexa BrassRing or Taleo, and payroll systems such as Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong conflict management skills coupled with the ability to foster positive employee relations through active listening and problem-solving techniques. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
