Duties:

Participate in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Human Resource policies, practices, and procedures Support employee relations activities and communications Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of employee training programs Assist with recruiting activities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements Assist with benefits administration and payroll activities Maintain human resource information system records

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (Business or HR degrees a plus) 2-5 years of experience as a HR generalist HR experience within a manufacturing company Proficiency in a HRIS system and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail Ability to pass a background check and drug test

$65-72K
