$25.65-$30.89 per hour , based on experience and qualifications About the Opportunity United Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support one of our key manufacturing clients in Blaine, MN. The Onsite Staffing Coordinator will serve as the primary United Staffing representative at the client location , working closely with client management while recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and managing temporary employees. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Coordinate interviews, orientations, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding. Respond quickly to client staffing requests. Help maintain staffing levels that meet the client's production and operational needs. Work with the recruiting team to develop effective candidate sourcing strategies. Assist with workforce planning and anticipated staffing needs. Employee Onboarding & Support Conduct new-hire orientations and onboarding. Explain job responsibilities, attendance expectations, company policies, and workplace procedures. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and engagement. Maintain regular communication with employees throughout their assignments. Respond to employee questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Coach employees regarding attendance, performance, and workplace expectations. Assist with employee retention and engagement initiatives. Help employees understand client and United Staffing requirements. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary onsite contact between United Staffing Group and the client. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with supervisors, managers, and client leadership. Meet regularly with client leadership to discuss staffing levels, attendance, employee performance, and upcoming workforce needs. Understand the client's production requirements and staffing priorities. Respond quickly to client requests, questions, and concerns. Identify staffing challenges and develop solutions before they impact production. Provide regular updates to United Staffing management regarding client needs, staffing levels, attendance, and employee performance. Timekeeping & Payroll Support Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness. Follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect hours. Verify overtime and attendance information. Assist employees with payroll-related questions. Work with the United Staffing payroll team to resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies. Ensure timekeeping issues are identified and resolved promptly. Employee Relations & Problem Solving Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace questions and concerns. Address employee complaints and workplace issues professionally. Investigate and document employee-related concerns when appropriate. Assist with corrective action and performance discussions. Address attendance and performance issues in a timely and professional manner. Escalate serious employee or client concerns to United Staffing management when necessary. Promote a positive, respectful, and professional workplace. Compliance & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Ensure onboarding and employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Follow United Staffing policies and applicable employment requirements. Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information. Support workplace safety and compliance initiatives. Keep staffing records, employee information, and documentation current and organized. Complete required reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or a related field preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or light-industrial environment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Strong customer-service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What Makes You Successful in This Role? Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday This is an onsite position in Blaine, MN and requires flexibility to respond to client and employee needs during operating hours. Compensation $25.65-$30.89 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
