Job Title:

Business Analyst Field Workforce Management Must-Have Skills 8 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong Field Workforce Management (WFM) experience Hands-on experience with field/mobile workforce management tools such as: Salesforce Field Service Oracle Field Service / TOA ClickSoftware ServiceNow FSM IFS / Clevest Experience with technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, appointment/capacity management, or geofenced job execution WFM experience must be with field/mobile workforce, not contact-center agent scheduling Nice-to-Have Strong requirements gathering and documentation Experience investigating and resolving field workforce/process issues Experience working with business and technical teams Key Responsibilities Analyze and document requirements for field workforce management and dispatch processes. Support technician scheduling, routing/dispatch, appointment capacity, and field execution workflows. Investigate workforce/process issues and work with technical and business teams to identify and implement solutions.
