How you Will make a difference Support the Community of Practice groups for Schedulers to strengthen job performance, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning. Develop and lead the implementation of workforce best practices within the organization. Provide scheduling and software related support across the organization, as needed. What you Need to make a Difference High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of (2) years' long-term care or related health care experience. Minimum of (5) years' experience in a role that required scheduling or coordination of staffing or training. Experience with time and attendance systems, such as SmartLinx, etc. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Creativity and the willingness to develop best-in-class innovative solutions, combining culture change best practices and research.
