Overview We are seeking an experienced ADP GlobalView Specialist to support HR and payroll-impacting processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on ADP GlobalView experience and a strong background in HR operations, employee support, compensation, benefits, and personnel administration. This role will work closely with managers and employees to ensure accurate HR information, support employment and compensation processes, maintain personnel records, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Responsibilities Support HR and payroll-impacting processes using ADP GlobalView Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, compensation, and employment regulations Evaluate job classifications, exempt/non-exempt status, and salary structures Prepare and maintain job descriptions, salary scales, personnel records, and HR documentation Prepare reports related to organizational structure, job analysis, career paths, and compensation Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on ADP GlobalView experience required 2-4 years of related HR experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Working knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, compensation, and benefits Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Workday HCM experience is a plus #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
