As an HR Coordinator , you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience from day one. You'll serve as a key partner in onboarding, employee support, HR administration, engagement initiatives, and people operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Onboarding & New Hire Experience Lead and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new employees. Partner with leaders to ensure new hires have a smooth, welcoming, and engaging transition into the firm. Coordinate orientation programs, training schedules, technology setup, workspace preparation, and new hire communications. Serve as a primary point of contact for new team members during their first months with the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement and retention. Human Resources Operations Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, and HR systems. Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, role changes, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding. Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and policy administration. Coordinate HR documentation, compliance requirements, and reporting processes. Ensure consistency and accuracy in HR procedures and employee data management. Employee Experience & Engagement Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Assist with employee recognition programs, engagement activities, and team-building events. Help coordinate professional development and training opportunities. Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and provide exceptional internal customer service. Partner with leadership to support communication initiatives and employee feedback programs. HR Project & Administrative Support Assist with special HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives. Track key HR metrics and prepare reports as needed. Support performance management and annual review processes. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and employee-related events. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience. Recruitment Support Provide administrative support for recruiting and hiring activities as needed. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications. Assist with job postings and recruitment logistics to support hiring efforts.

HR. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of Human Resources, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Exceptional customer service mindset and passion for helping others. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to creating positive employee experiences.
