HR Staffing Coordinator SNF Healthcare - 2.0 Camden, NJ Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Clinical staff recruitment Staffing management Quality data entry Full Job Description The HR/Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for: Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the Facility Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination Print out and update daily staffing schedules Contact and communicate with management and department directors Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide. Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner Payroll Managing time and attendance of the staff

Position Requirements:

Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience Proficient in data entry Excellent communication 2 years of Long Term Care Staffing Experience needed
