$19.25 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience Make an Impact Every Day Are you passionate about helping people find meaningful employment while building strong relationships with employees and clients? We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for both English and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees, guiding them through the hiring process and supporting them throughout their employment journey. This position combines recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, customer service, and branch operations in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate is people-focused, highly organized, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. What You'll Do Recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client openings Conduct onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process from application to placement Complete new hire paperwork, including I-9s, W-4s, direct deposit forms, and company-required documentation Communicate job opportunities, work assignments, and employment information through phone, email, and text messaging platforms Support Spanish-speaking employees by answering questions regarding schedules, attendance, payroll, workplace policies, and assignments Maintain accurate employee records and update information within staffing and HR systems Create employee profiles, badge numbers, and onboarding records Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, and client contacts Support branch goals while delivering exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required) 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, human resources, or office administration Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, positive, and customer-service-driven attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Apply Today If you're a motivated bilingual professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working in a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
