Job Description

Leading Home Care Agency in Hicksville seeks an Experienced Scheduler / Coordinator. Bilingual Spanish/Creole/Hindi is a plus! Match caregivers with client needs/preferences Ensure schedule is completed in such a way as to retain all clients, hours, caregivers Assuring that the schedule is current and accurate at any given time Communicates staffing and availability needs to appropriate Director and Human Resource Manager Effectively handle inbound/outbound client/caregiver phone calls Opportunity for career advancement, excellent salary and bonus / commission plan for the right candidate.
