full-time We are a logistics and transportation company providing freight services throughout the East Coast and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. Our company currently has branches in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and Long Island. We are currently hiring an Office Human Resources staff member to support daily HR operations. This is an onsite position , requiring full-time presence at the office.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records and attendance tracking Assist with payroll and working hours Coordinate internal communication and support staffing needs across departments Handle basic employee relations and day-to-day HR tasks

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Mandarin and English for daily communication and documentation; Spanish is preferred. Strong communication and execution skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
