The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Barnwell is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

Full-Time Compensation:
$25- $32 Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator to manage the scheduling of our nursing team. In this role, you will ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, support staff in balancing their schedules, and assist nursing leadership in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Your work will directly impact resident care and staff satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Staffing Develop, maintain, and adjust nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all units Coordinate shift coverage for call-offs, absences, and last-minute changes Monitor staffing trends and communicate potential issues to leadership Communication & Support Serve as the primary contact for nursing staff regarding schedules and shift updates Collaborate with nursing leadership to address staffing needs and optimize workflow Provide timely and clear communication regarding schedule changes, policies, and announcements Recordkeeping & Compliance Maintain accurate records of hours worked, staffing patterns, and schedule adjustments Ensure compliance with labor laws, facility policies, and any union or contractual requirements Assist with reporting for payroll or timekeeping purposes Team Collaboration Work closely with HR, nursing leadership, and administration to improve scheduling processes Support initiatives that enhance staff satisfaction, retention, and work-life balance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support, preferably in healthcare Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Why Join Us Competitive pay and opportunities for performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and retirement benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth Work in a supportive environment with a team that values your contributions How to Apply Apply online today!
