Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides administrative support for the Recruitment teamand oversees day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient and productive environment.

TheHR Coordinatorshould also have excellent administrative capabilities and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provides a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership Communicates daily with departments and locums agencies Assist Recruitment team with interviewing scheduling and candidate follow up Establishes/builds relationships with hiring managers/departments for all facilities Participates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Covers the front desk area as needed. Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various healthcare departments. Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Education:
Associates Degree Required.
