2Purpose/Objective of the
Role:
The Human Resources Department is seeking a Student Worker to assist with front desk operations. The Student Worker will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and faculty in a professional and courteous manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Assist students and employees in completing their new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation. Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Pickup and Distribute mail and manage office supplies inventory. Support departmental projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
