Objective:

The HR Generalist plays a critical support role for the practice. HR Generalist executes on the core HR initiatives that impact the employees, administration and the practice.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with job postings, recruitment and interview process, in the applicant tracking system Set up onboarding and HR as needed Complete bi-weekly payroll process in ADP platform Track, update, and maintain ADP system Assist with benefits administration and employee programs as needed Maintain HR compliance with employee records, state, federal, and local labor laws and regulations Pay and track vendor invoices monthly Support the Director of Business Operations Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma required, associate's degree or higher highly preferred 2+ years of HR experience required 1 year of payroll experience in ADP a plus Knowledge of employee labor laws and regulations Knowledge of recruitment practices Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Flexible work from home options available.
