HR/Accounting Position Purpose:
Administers the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department, including but not limited to recruiting and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures. Additional administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed. \nDuties & Responsibilities:
Tasks related to this salaried-exempt position may vary and are not limited to those listed below: Follows established safety rules and procedures at all times. Assumes primary responsibility for administering health and welfare plans, including timely benefit enrollments, changes and terminations. Maintains associate data and documents in HRIS/Payroll system (UKG), including but not limited to new hire and termination checklists.
