Remote About the Role ATS Hauling runs junk removal and specialty removal jobs across Ohio and additional markets nationwide. We book more work than we can run with our own trucks, so we route jobs to a network of independent hauling contractors. Your job is to build that network. You'll recruit independent hauling operators, get them signed up, verified, and running jobs in our system. We have a proven internal process for this and we'll train you on it — you won't be handed a phone and told to figure it out. This is a recruiting and pipeline role, not a paperwork role. What You'll Do Source independent haulers and small hauling companies using our internal recruiting process (fully trained — no guesswork) Run first-contact calls: explain how our job flow works, what we pay, and what we expect Walk contractors through onboarding — W-9, insurance certificate, equipment verification, service area, and pricing agreement Get contractors fully set up in our dispatch platform and ready to accept their first job Follow up with new contractors after their first job to make sure the process went clean Keep the pipeline organized and report weekly on contractors sourced, onboarded, and activated Fill coverage gaps — when we need a hauler in a new zip code by Friday, that becomes your priority What We're Looking For 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, vendor onboarding, high-volume outbound calling, or inside sales Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and messaging Organized enough to run 20+ active pipelines without losing anyone Clear phone presence — you'll be the first impression of our company to every contractor Your own computer, reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
Bonus:
experience in trades, logistics, construction, trucking, or field services Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes. No benefits provided.
Weekly pay:
$400 - $750 per week Base weekly rate plus per-activation bonuses — the more contractors you get fully activated and running jobs, the higher your weekly total Paid weekly
