Role Overview:

As an HR d Services Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries mainly around benefits enrollment, providing guidance and support to employees across various departments. This role requires a mix of customer service excellence, systems proficiency, and a solid understanding of basic HR practices. You'll be part of a team helping the organization in their yearly enrollment period, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to HR-related questions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Use systems like Outlook, WebEx, and Oracle (experience in these systems is a plus) to manage communications and resolve inquiries. Demonstrate empathy when handling employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Apply basic HR knowledge to provide accurate information and support. Stay organized and maintain attention to detail, especially when managing multiple requests and inquiries. Communicate effectively with employees and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Work independently while also contributing to the team's overall goals and performance. Leverage call center experience (preferred) to navigate high-volume environments efficiently. Required Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities. Comfortable discussing benefits, coverage, and copays. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR, benefits administration, or employee support. Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or benefits-related environments. Experience using collaboration, communication, or ticketing platforms. Assignment Details Short-term contract opportunity. Project begins in late October and runs through late November. Potential extension through spring based on business needs. Multiple openings available. One-round interview process. Additional Incentives $500 retention bonus available for eligible consultants who remain through the designated project milestone.
