RECRUITMENT AND HR GENERALIST

When you join ARDEX, you'll benefit from: A collaborative and supportive People & Culture team Exposure to both recruitment and HR responsibilities Opportunities to build relationships across all levels of the organization Involvement in employee engagement, employer branding, and culture initiatives A company culture built on integrity, innovation, accountability, and belonging What You'll Do Recruit and Attract Talent Handle full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the organization Partner with ARDEX hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process Attend career fairs, technical schools, colleges, universities, and community recruiting events to promote ARDEX as an employer of choice Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems Support Employees and HR Programs Administer all employee onboarding pre-employment screenings and new hire orientation activities Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions and requests Support training, development, recognition programs and other People & Culture initiatives Partner with the Business Work closely with managers and employees to provide responsive HR support Assist with policy administration and HR compliance activities
Experience and Skills:
We're looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and creating a great experience for both candidates and employees. Experience in recruitment, human resources or talent acquisition. Strong interest recruiting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR or applicant tracking systems Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, onboarding, or employee programs is preferred A proactive approach and passion for helping people succeed Requirements Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel - mostly locally Must be legally authorized to work in the
