Minimum 1 day per week About Us We are a boutique Social Security Disability and Personal Injury law firm in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, with approximately 20 full-time employees. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage the firm's day-to-day bookkeeping, trust accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and certain HR administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Support Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Record deposits, expenses, vendor bills, and payments Reconcile bank accounts, bank feeds, and other transaction activity Record client deposits, payments, and advanced costs in Clio Coordinate financial activity between Clio and QuickBooks Online Process and record authorized trust transfers Maintain trust clearing account activity and perform three-way trust reconciliations Assist with ensuring proper attorney trust-accounting procedures and compliance Process occasional employee and attorney reimbursements based on information provided Prepare periodic financial reports for firm management Provide bookkeeping support for an affiliated building/entity as needed HR & Administrative Support Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and related plans Maintain organized and confidential employee and personnel records Assist with benefits renewals, employee changes, and related documentation Help ensure HR records and administrative practices remain current and compliant Coordinate with firm leadership and outside providers on HR and benefits matters Provide other general HR and administrative support as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online Experience with Clio or similar legal practice-management software preferred Law firm and/or attorney trust-accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial reporting Experience with employee benefits or HR administration is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines Ability to handle confidential financial, employee, and client information with discretion Schedule This is a part-time, hybrid position averaging approximately 20 hours per week . The successful candidate must be available to work in our Ardmore office at least one day per week .
